Koa wood wraps six panels of closet doors. Indigenous to Hawaii, this wood was delivered from a silver Koa tree that was blown over during a storm on the island of Maui.

Complete with a hydraulic ramp that inclines upward to flatten the entry ramp and turntables so your car always leaves facing the ocean. The garage door is made out of bead blasted titanium, glass panels and Koa wood which is retracted by high-tech sequencing smart house technology.

This wine cellar is maintained at 54 degrees F to maintain optimal life for your wine. Koa wood cabinets act as a foundation for the wine to provide large case storage. The edge lit acrylic shelves showcase all your favorites.

Descending from the master bedroom and composed of floating stainless steel struts, the staircase cantilevers from the curved entry wall with softly lit edge treads. The skylight offers views of the rooftop pool creating a dancing light effect.

Located in the lower garage level is a beach bathroom complete with a steam shower. A dark hand textured Macramé stone from Italy clads the floor and ceiling of the shower. A rare LED backlit Brazilian vintage granite from Minas Gerais lines the walls.
